I Am Scared To Walk Across This Street! No Budget Shopping For Clothes?

Walking across the street can be scary when you only have a few seconds to get to the other side. Weather has been crazy so swimming has been our best option lately. The kids have been enjoying the swimming as always. Wish I could do some no budget shopping challenges but it is impossible when you are on a budget!
