I came this far in the home selling prices to turn back now. Home inspection happened and now it is a waiting game until the appraisal then after that I am hoping we make it to closing day. Many uncertainties along the way. I feel someone or something is trying to get my attention and possible scare off the buyer if strange things were to continue happening at the times the buyer would be here with the buyers agent.
