Staying in shape and eating healthy and exercising takes commitment and time as well. If you do not have one of the other is is hard to reach your goals. Here are some of my basic routines to manage my weight and keep my muscle tone. I also show you my secret to getting rid of acne. No one likes pimples and this stuff really works great!! Been enjoying the sunny days and beach walks without the storms. Today is July 4th so it is time to celebrate this holiday with fireworks! Will I have time for YouTube with all my daily routines?
